Each of us has something that we can give.
The trick is to find it and use it,
to find it and give it away.
So there will be always more.
We can be lights for each other,
and through each other's illumination
we will see the way.
Each of us is a seed,
a silent promise,
and it is always spring

A warm breeze through my window like a gentle wave lapping the sandy shore in summer at low tide, and as I took in a breath of air that blanketed my body like tall grass in a field I felt for just that moment in time, like I did when I was a child. I felt that I had not one worry, not one burden, nothing was on my mind accept that breeze, that made the curtains swell like balloons

Question: What little things remind you of being a child?

My Great Grandmother passed on the 9th. It seems she died of a broken heart and gave up. She just celebrated her 90th and I'm ever so lucky I had 18 years with the both of them.
They're together now and at peace. 68 years of marriage and the best Grandparents I could ever hope for.

Lets put a little sunshine back into this blog.

And so I fell. And I fell forever and so quickly at the same time, daydreaming whole novellas in the half a second it took me to fall, yet for one reason or another I never hit the ground. I landed in the arms of all those I had ever loved, of those who had slipped gently into my life and seemed to fit so perfectly. Looking around, I realized that there was always someone there to catch me, one of those glorious souls with a story to tell, those beautiful folk who have made an impact in my life, and it occurred to me that in this crazy world none of us really ever hit the ground. We can fall, spinning through space like mad cosmic frisbees, but in the end there will always be someone to complete our grand finale. And we will spin wildly right into their arms.

To let go isn't to forget, not think about, or ignore. It doesn't have any feelings of anger, jealousy, or regret. Letting go isn't winning or losing. It's not about pride. It's not about obsessing or dwelling on the past. It isn't about loss and it's not defeat. To let go is to cherish memories, but to overcome them and move on. Letting go is accepting. Letting go is having the courage to accept change. Letting go is growing up.

I want to say a big thankyou for all of those who have sent their love, hugs and prayers to myself and my family. Your kindness is very much appreciated and your all darlings!
My Great Grandmother is now living with my Mum and I. She has her own room next to mine and her 90th birthday was just yesterday. The family came down and we celebrated it at our house.
I coulden't help but feel sad just for a little while. My Great Grandfather just got buried 13 days ago and I've already visited his grave three times. This year would be my Great Grandparents 69th year of marriage!
Anyhow it's time to move on and carry on as before. Spring is here and I love it! All new born farm animals are here and there and the flowers in the garden are just about coming out! I can nearly take my boat out to the loch and sail! The weather is getting warmer and the nights are getting lighter! Spring is just my most favourite time besides summer.
So now I shall start blogging again and writing nonsense to all 41 of you!
